At Move365, we want to ensure that every client enjoys a positive and enriching experience. To
maintain a smooth and respectful atmosphere for everyone, please take note of the following
policies and guidelines:
1. Cancellation Policy
- We require a minimum of 8 hours notice for class cancellations to avoid any charges.
- Clients with standard 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 20 class packages must cancel a class within the specified time frame (8 hours) to avoid losing that class from their package.
- Unlimited package holders who cancel late (less than 8 hours before class) will incur a $10 late cancellation fee.
2. No Show Policy
- Unlimited package holders who do not show up for a reserved class without prior notice will be charged a $15 no-show fee.
- Clients with standard 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, or 20 class packages who do not show up for a reserved class without prior notice will lose the class from their package.
3. Studio Etiquette
- Please silence your phone during class to minimize disruptions.
- Kindly remove your shoes at the door to help keep our studio clean and hygienic.
4. Punctuality
- Arriving late to class disrupts the experience for both instructors and fellow clients. To maintain the quality of instruction, latecomers will not be allowed to enter the class if they are more than 10 minutes late.
5. Package Expiration Dates
All class packages have expiration dates:
- 4-class package: Expires after one (1) month.
- 8-class package: Expires after one (1) month.
- 6-class student package: Expires after two (2) months.
- 10-class student package: Expires after two (2) months.
- 10-class afternoon package: Expires after two (2) months
- 12-class package: Expires after two (2) months.
- 20-class package: Expires after three (3) months.
6. Unlimited Class Packages
- Unlimited class packages are contractual commitments.
- You can only purchase the Unlimited Package at the studio, not through the MindBody application.
- You must commit to the first three months of your unlimited package, which will be billed at a rate of $365 per month on the same day.
- After the initial three months, you have the flexibility to freeze your package for a minimum of 10 days or terminate the contract. Please contact us for any changes to your unlimited package.
Please understand that these policies are in place to ensure the fair and effective operation of our studio, as well as to honor the time and effort of our instructors and fellow clients.
