FAQs & Studio Policies

We keep our studio running smoothly by setting a few clear guidelines, designed with fairness, safety, and good vibes in mind.
When does my class package start and expire?

All class packages begin on the date of purchase, not the date of your first class.

  • 4 Class & 8 Class Packages: 1 month
  • 12 Class Package: 2 months
  • 20 Class Package: 3 month
  • Trial Class Packs: 7 days
  • Single Drop-In: 1 month
  • Afternoon & Saturday Packages: 2 months
  • Student Packages: 2 months

If you’re unable to finish your package in time, we offer a Package Extension Program:

  • $15 for your first week
  • $10 for each additional week

Ask us about it before your package expires!

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?

We have a 6-hour cancellation window before class.

  • Cancel late or miss class? The class will be deducted from your package.
  • Want it back? You can recover the class for $15.
  • Unlimited members:
    Late cancellation: $10 fee
    No-show: $15 fee

Three or more no-shows in a single month? You may temporarily lose your booking privileges for one week. We do this to ensure everyone has fair access to classes.

Is there anything I should know about studio etiquette?
  • Running late? You won’t be admitted if you're more than 10 minutes late. It’s important to complete warm-ups to prevent injury and avoid disrupting the class.
