MOVE365 was founded by Lourdes Gomez de Cordova with a clear mission: to build a vibrant community grounded in mindful movement, intentional living, and inclusive wellness. As a family-owned, Latinx-owned, and women-owned studio, our identity is rooted in diversity, empowerment, and a commitment to creating a space where clients feel supported, capable, and welcome, just as they are.

Our studio is fully equipped with Reformers, Towers, Chairs, and more in an intimate, modern space designed to help you feel comfortable and focused. MOVE365 is welcoming and easy to access so you can stay centered on your movement.
