Meet Sam

Sam is a certified comprehensive Pilates instructor and a freshly minted Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Miami (go ’Canes!). She first discovered Pilates after retiring from her dance days and instantly fell in love with how seamlessly it paired with her work in physical therapy.

With a special passion for Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor Therapy, Sam dreams of combining her Pilates know-how and PT expertise to offer holistic, empowering care for women of all ages.
