Meet Maribel

With a background in business and marketing, Maribel later became a certified Health Coach (INN), completed the Polestar Pilates Teacher Trainer Course, and is currently diving deep into the world of sound as a student of Sound Therapy.

Pilates became her passion after it helped her strengthen her core, relieve back pain, and improve her posture and flexibility. She fell in love with how gentle yet powerful the method is, and how it supports any lifestyle, whether you’re super active or just beginning your movement journey. Best of all, it’s something she knows she’ll be doing for life.
