Meet Ana

Ana began her Pilates journey as a dedicated client in Venezuela, then moved to Miami where she continued her practice and fell even more in love with the method. Five years into her practice, a friend suggested she’d make an amazing instructor—and they were right. She’s built not just a career, but a community she calls her “Pilates family.”
